|Has my order shipped?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.|
|How do I change items on my order once it has been submitted?|
|Once your order has been submitted for processing or has already shipped, the order can not be altered or exchanged.|
|How do I track my order?|
|We will email you to notify you that your order has been shipped. Your email will provide a link to your tracking number. Please visit the USPS website then to track your package.|
|My order never arrived.|
|Make sure that your order has shipped already. Please check the USPS website for available tracking information and the status of your package. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact your local Post Office for further assistance and provide them with your Tracking Number.|
|Wrong item or items shipped?|
|Please contact our customer service for assistance at email@example.com and include your order number. This must be done immediately upon delivery of your order package. You will need to also attach photos of your order and invoice. If an error was made we will correct it as quickly as possible.
|Do you provide Expedited Shipping options?|
|Unfortunately no, due to our FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Our system is not setup to provide alternative shipping arrangements.|
|Do you provide Coupon Codes?|
|We will notify our customers when a Coupon Code becomes available using our Newsletter. We also post any Coupon Codes on our Facebook Page and to our Twitter account. Though we rarely offer Coupon Codes due to our frequent Sales Events, Promotional Sales, and Flash Sales where no coupon code is required when placing an order.
